Paul Martin’s American Bistro is once again proud to support this worthwhile cause. Wally’s 18th Annual Grand Marque Champagne Tasting and Auction benefits the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center and Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services. This year the event will be held in the courtyard and banquet room of Le Merigot Santa Monica Beach Hotel, June 6th, from 5:00pm-8:00pm. This unique event has generated over a half a million dollars for charities since its inception!
Over 50 Grande Marque Champagnes will be poured, including Dom Perignon and Cristal. Celestino Drago will be preparing his famous Italian delicacies to compliment the Champagnes. Nearly twenty additional leading Southern California restaurants will be presenting their signature dishes. Paul Martin’s American Bistro will be sharing a Selection of local Cheeses, Salumes, Fruits and Vegetables with Artisan Bread. These have been hand picked for freshness, locality and sustainability. Petrossian Caviar, luscious desserts, incredible Amano Chocolates will also be served. Live music will be by the David Arana Quartet.
